Brief Description

This recipe is a warm and comforting soup perfect for cold days. The recipe traditionally used fermented duck blood (鸭血) and tofu puffs (豆腐泡), but I personally don't like the taste of either ingredient that much, so I usually leave them out when making the soup for myself.
