- Eggs (~3)
- Water
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Chicken Stock Powder
- Cling Wrap
1. In a microwave safe bowl, crack 3 eggs, pour 3 tsp soy sauce, and add a small amount of chicken stock powder and sesame oil.
2. Mix together until well combined.
3. Add an additional 240mL of warm water to the mixture and mix again until it looks fairly homogenous.
4. Cover the bowl with cling wrap, ensuring no gaps around the rim, and microwave for 11 minutes at a power level of 4.
5. Wait for it to cool slightly and serve over rice. Enjoy!
