About me...
Hello! My name is Sophie He! I am a rising senior at Mass Academy of Math and Science. My sending school is Algonquin Regional High School. I am interested in the application of various fields such as the physical sciences to environmental issues, and I hope to someday make a positive impact on the environment. I am also passionate about giving back to the community I grew up in, from my dance company that I've danced at since I was five years old to the Chinese language school that helped me retain Mandarin Chinese and stay connected to my relatives and culture. I am one of the heads of graphic design in my dance company's student panel and I also manage many parts of the company's website. I have gained many volunteer service hours through a combination of dance performances for AAPI culture events as well as volunteering as a teacher's assistant at my Chinese language school.
I do Chinese traditional dance and play the flute. In my free time, I also create art. Click here to learn more about my hobbies/extracurriculars.
