This recipe is sourced from a friend of my mom. It is very simple to make, though I would note that it's very easy to underseason.
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Cooking Oil of Choice
- Aluminum Foil
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces into a large bowl.
3. Cut the clove of garlic into thin slices and add it to the bowl.
4. Drizzle with cooking oil and blanket with a thin layer of salt.
5. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is well coated.
6. Cover the bowl of cauliflower (I usually use another bowl) and then shake the bowl until its contents are well mixed.
7. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spread the cauliflower pieces out evenly on the tray, trying to arrange the cauliflower in a single layer with the flower side facing up.
8. Bake the cauliflower in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft and slightly browned.
9. Enjoy this simple but tasty dish!
