In Humanities with Mrs. Small, we explore a range of topics that combine both English and History. At the beginning of the year, we focused on Walden, working to gain a deep understanding of its themes and meaning, before gradually transitioning into a unit on education. We then studied rhetorical devices and the purpose of satire. Overall, in this course, we analyze the world's history and literature to display information in an understandable format.

To showcase our educational beliefs, my group and I created the Empire Academy of Business and Leadership. It focuses on providing flexibility to students while slowly inserting them into the real world. This project was especially enjoyable as it allowed me to utilize my presentation and computer-aided design skills to convey my passions.

As artificial intelligence surveillance of students increases, teachers can often go unnoticed as potential abusers of artificial intelligence tools. My essay examines whether teachers should be permitted to use artificial intelligence for lesson planning, instruction, and grading. Through this assignment, I learned how to synthesize information from multiple sources to present a clear and succinct argument.
