In middle school I got into the National Junior Honor Society, and into the National Honor Society in my sending school. In eighth grade I got accepted into the Dynamy John S. Law Academy, which is basically just a college access program. With that organization, I was able to do a bunch of community service projects. I volunteered at the YWCA to help take care of the kids, and also helped out in community gardens. Over the summer I also took care of kids (I'm one of the people that kids just like for some reason). I also got accepted into Project 351, which is a community service program. I've done services such as clothing drives and walks to raise awareness.
Last year, I also went to HOBY with some kids from Dynamy, which is a leadership seminar. It gave me a bunch of ideas and ways to continue to help out my community in the future.I seriously love just helping other people, so im really excited to continue and get started with community service for MAMS! For community service at MAMS, I am doing hours with the Boys and Girls Club at Worcester MA.
