Take a deep dive into my hobbies, my passions, and my favorites
Traveling has been a part of my life, and I believe it has had a part in shaping who I am today. I’ve traveled mostly to countries in Asia and Europe with my favorites being Greece, Thailand, and Vietnam. The warm, tropical weather combined with the food cuisine and cultures of each are experiences I will never forget.

Sports are one of my favorite ways to connect with people and stay active. I play field hockey, run track, and love to ski. I started field hockey in eighth grade, and it’s become one of my biggest passions—it’s given me so many amazing friendships and memories that I’ll always carry with me. Track, especially indoor track, has pushed me to grow in discipline and strength. Skiing is more personal for me; I usually go about twice a week in the winter. Even though I don’t do it competitively, I love the freedom of skiing—and, honestly, the waffles and apple cider donuts are always a highlight (I probably spend way too much money on them!).
My passion for working with kids has grown so much over the past two years as I’ve gotten more involved with my community. Throughout high school, I’ve volunteered to help elementary schoolers strengthen their academic skills, and during the summer, I spent over 30 hours coaching kids in lacrosse. I also had an internship as a teacher’s aide for summer school, working with first and second graders. Honestly, I could go on forever about how much I love being around these kids and knowing I can help them. It’s also nice to let loose and be a little childish with them. Before this, I didn’t really have a clear passion or direction in my life, but working with kids completely changed that. They’ve impacted me in a way no one else could, shaping my outlook on life and inspiring me to pursue a future as a pediatrician.
