This year is my first full year taking Spanish. Our Spanish class is an immersive course focused on acquiring language proficiency through the use of authentic materials, including literature, music, film, discussions, and games. We also engage in projects such as making podcasts and movies. Throughout the year, we assess our progress through video, audio, and written portfolios.
This is the first essay I wrote in Spanish, and if you are familiar with the language you will notice a lot of errors related to grammar. I struggled with conjugating verbs, which is reflected here. However, as you will see on the next slide, I was able to fix this issue with practice writing in Spanish. This essay is describing different rooms in my home.
This is the most recent essay I wrote. If you are familiar with Spanish, you will notice a significant increase in my abilities. My conjugations were mostly correct, with one or two errors. I am super proud of how I was able to improve from this. This essay talks about my daily day as a MAMS student.
