How did you get here?

The Tri-State Web Page uses drop down menus to navigate between the various pages of information on it web site.  Some older web browsers don't support this technology.  This page and others like it have been installed to allow you to access all the links included in the drop down menus through conventional hyperlinks.  

There is one other way you may have arrived at this page.  If you clicked on the navigation bar before the drop down menu "dropped "  you will arrive on this page.  So if you just bought your computer and are wondering how you could possibly arrived at the old software page try "hovering" the pointer over the item on the navigation bar you are interested in and see if the drop down menu appears.  It should only take about a half second.
