Family

For the past 14 years, I have lived in Shrewsbury with my family, which consists of my mom, dad, two younger sisters, one in 6th grade and the other in 7th, my two grandparents, and me. I also have a dog, named Oliver, who is a two-year-old mix breed of a Yorkshire Terrier and a Bichon Frise, and he has lived with us since January, 2022. He is sweet, joyful, and adorable, but at times he can be overly energetic, making it difficult to manage him.

Growing up, I have been extremely close with my family, including my grandparents who play a major part in taking care of me to this day. Whenever I have any free time, you can always find me hanging out with my family, whether we’re sitting outside on the back deck having memorable conversations or lying down on the reclining sofas enjoying a movie night. Without a doubt, my family has played a major role in making me who I am today.

Traveling

One of my favorite ways to spend time with family and close friends is to travel to new places around the world. While traveling is a great way for me to escape the stresses of daily life and recharge my batteries, it also exposes me to new cultures, languages, foods, and ways of life. This has expanded my worldview and helped me better understand and appreciate different perspectives and ways of living.

Some of my favorite destinations are Florida, Costa Rica, Aruba, The Bahamas, Mexico, and India. These experiences have and will continue to create memories that last a lifetime and help me grow as a person.

Gaming

One of my favorite ways to connect with my friends on a regular basis is through gaming. While I’m not great at gaming, it permits me to spend quality time with friends while having comical conversations with them. Also, playing video games allows me to step back from my busy life and take a break. I often get sucked into the vortex of life, and to escape that vortex, I turn on my Xbox, hop in my gaming chair, join my friends’ Xbox party, and game away. While I sometimes do play first-person shooter games, some of my favorite games include Madden NFL, NBA 2K, MLB the Show, and Fifa.
