Activities

Christian Bible Fellowship is just what it sounds like – we’re Christians who love the Bible and are delighted to live in fellowship with one another. There’s always fun things going on – from weekly Bible studies, to bi-annual retreats, to weekend outings. Check out some of the things we do below, or visit our calendar for details on upcoming events.

Friday Night Fellowship Drop Down

Friday Night Fellowship, or FNF, is our weekly gathering for fun, worship, prayer, and Biblical teaching. We’d love to have you join us on Friday nights during the school year!

Bible Studies Drop Down

CBF always has a number of Bible studies running every term, and we highly encourage everyone to choose at least one to be consistently involved in!

Rides to Church Drop Down

While CBF strives to be a close-knit group of believers on campus, our group is of course not a replacement for the community God intends for us within His church body. We believe it’s vitally important for students to be plugged into a local, Bible-believing church. Members of CBF currently attend a handful of local churches, and we provide weekly rides to those Sunday services.

Retreats Drop Down

We organize two retreats every year – one in the fall and one in the spring. Retreats are always a great time to relax, develop deeper connections with friends, and delve into the Word.

Prayer Nights Drop Down

CBF holds a weekly prayer night to lift up prayers and praises to our God. We pray for CBF as a club, for WPI, and for each other.

Outreach Events Drop Down

We organize events such as prayer walks, discussing difficult or controversial questions, Bible study groups, and evangelism workshops with the goal of reaching out to the WPI campus with the gospel and training students to share their faith.

Social Events Drop Down

We hold many social events and outings each term – sometimes we head out to eat lunch together, go on an outdoor adventure, or just hang out for an evening of board games. Our favorite annual events include Apple Bake in the fall, CBF Formal in the winter, and an end-of-year barbecue in the spring. We hope you’ll join us (and bring some friends)!
