I've been riding a bike for as long as I can remember. Back around 4th grade I got into BMX for awhile, rode some park and some small jumps here and there, just messing around like most 10 year old kids do. Finally sometime around when I was 12 or 13 I got my first mountain bike. I tried out downhill that summer at Attitash and I was hooked. When I was 14 I entered my first downhill race and ended up get a bronze medal. I have been riding fast ever since and I keep on trying to push the envelope to the line and I'm always trying to learn something new. Whether it be cleaning the new log-ride on "Linkin' Logs", riding that steep roller on "Holy Chute" or just riding my old favorite trail one more time before the sun sets, I always have a good time riding my bike. Whether it be downhill, cross-country, or even some urban or taking the time to session a stunt, I like to ride my bike. I ride a bike because enables me to escape from the busy day to day life; when I am riding, I am free.
