President

The President is in charge of supervising the chapter and all other officers. They are at every brother and executive board meeting, represent the chapter at all functions, and communicate with the National Office as needed. They are also responsible for communicating with campus administration and involving chapter advisors in chapter events and matters.

Service Vice President

The Service Vice President (SVP) is the organizer of any and all service projects. They keep a record of all service projects we have done, and keeps note of attendance and how well the service project went. The SVP also performs presidential functions in the absence of the President.

Membership Vice President

The Membership Vice President (MVP) is in charge of coordinating recruitment events, retention activities, and the chapter’s Big Brother program. The MVP is also in charge of reporting changes in membership to the executive board, keeping a record of brother meeting and event attendance, as well as the hours of service performed outside the fraternity. They also perform presidential duties in the absence of the President and SVP.

Leadership Vice President

The Leadership Vice President (LVP) is in charge of the committees, regularly checking in with committee heads to ensure their committee is running smoothly and to connect them to any resources they need. The LVP also organizes leadership events in the chapter, coordinates chapter participation in LEADS courses, and keeps track of attendance of all committees and leadership events

Fellowship Vice President

The Fellowship Vice President (FVP) is in charge of organizing all fellowships for the chapter. They also help the formal chair to plan the annual formal dance and keep a record of fellowship attendances.

Pledge Trainer

The Pledge Trainer is in charge of the chapter pledging program. They create the pledge requirements before each pledge class, and keep a record of attendance of each pledge at all chapter and pledge events.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is in charge of the finances of the chapter. They keep a record of all money in possession of the chapter, debts the chapter has incurred, membership fees and dues, pledge-induction and brother activation fees, and who has paid their fees and dues.

Secretary

The Secretary keeps the minutes of all chapter and executive board meetings, sending them to the brothers at the end of the meeting. They also send out the chapter newsletter once per semester.

Historian

The Historian keeps a scrapbook of activities the chapter did during their term. They are responsible for maintaining Chapter Bylaws and Chapter Policy.

Public Relations Officer

The Public Relations Officer is in charge of publicizing all chapter events open to the student body to campus, as well as seeking out opportunities to work with campus organizations. They are also responsible for running the chapter’s social media and coordinating the creation and purchase of APO chapter attire.

Sergeant At Arms

The Sergeant at Arms is responsible for keeping order during meetings and chapter votes. They are also responsible for maintaining house rivalry.
