Usage:  "make <target>", with several target options available:

    < none >      create all libraries and serial examples
    nitsol_lib    create the NITSOL library
    bratu         create the Bratu example problem
    cavity        create the driven cavity example problem
    pormed        create the flow in porous media example problem
    clean         delete all executables and object files
    veryclean     make clean, plus delete all libraries
    remake        make veryclean, plus create all libraries and examples
