Race date:  January 17-18,2009

Location:  Ethan Allen Firing Range (Jericho, VT)

                 Address: 113 Ethan Allen Road, Jericho, VT

 

Saturday morning: 15k classical race, individual start (one skier every 30 seconds), men at 10:00, women at 11:30.

Saturday afternoon: possible biathlon clinic, details TBD.

Saturday evening: All you can eat pasta dinner - 4:30 to 6:00 (additional tickets for parents and coaches - $8, included for all racing athletes).  We will either have a speaker or show a movie following dinner.

Sunday morning (before the race): breakfast (granola, yogurt, and fruit) 7:00 am to 8:00 am

Sunday morning: 10k freestyle race, mass start - women at 9:00 am, men at 10:00 am.

 

Costs: $20 per racer ($24 for non-USCSA racers) for the entire weekend (includes both races, lodging in the barracks, pasta dinner, and Sunday breakfast).  

 

What you need to do:  Forward a start list for men & women for each race, as well as a head count (by gender) for the barracks each night, to Amy Lane  by Wednesday (Jan 14), get a check for race fees.  Please forward a tentative head count for lodging by January 4th!
