SITE WORK JULY '98

This trench containing an irrigation line is being backfilled with a sand bed.
This piece of equipment, called a screen is used to separate natrually occuring loam from tailings.
This loader fills the screen with bucketsful of material to be separated.
Larger boulders and tailings are transported to designated fill areas.

Amidst all the moving of rocks and debris, a stake already designates the location of home plate on the baseball diamond.

Daily dust control was required as demonstrated by this watering truck.
Bulldozers move large boulders into designated locations to be buried.
Loam storage piles occupy the area that will be the outfield of the baseball field.
