Engineer: One who is trained or professionally engaged in a branch of engineering to plan, construct, or manage technical difficulties that arise while the construction of the project

 

Accountant: Accountants play the role of measuring, disclosing or handling the provision of assurance about financial information, usually inflow and outflow and keeping track of financial assets that help managers, investors, tax authorities and other decision makers make resource allocation decisions during the progression of the project.

 

Superintendent: superintendents are the contractor’s representative who is responsible for continuous field supervision, coordination, and completion of the work. They organize and coordinate the work of subcontractors and labor, exercise control over the rate of construction progress to keep the project on track and complete it within the time limit. They also inspect construction work to ensure consistency of work with the specifications and supervises subcontractors, clerical staff and other personnel performing construction activities.

 

QA/QC: The QA is an abbreviation is for Quality Assurance (officer), a representative of the owner/project manager to ensure there are no compromises made on the quality of materials or skill used according to the contract and specifications. This party is usually employed by the Owner/Project Management administration for an official record as proof of construction tasks performed with conformity to the contract. The QC, Quality Control (officer), is a party employed on the behalf of the contractor.
