A Multi-Layer Machine Learning Model to Forecast Future Antibiotic-Resistant Genes

This research proposal describes my STEM project which focuses on predicting antibiotic resistance genes using machine learning. The goal is to forecast the evolution of microbial genes before mutations occur. The methodology, data sources, and expected outcomes are detailed in the proposal PDF.
