I always look forward to Physics with Mrs. Chase. Physics topics are almost entirely math contextualized in the real world. We’ve been going through a lot of physics topics and have been doing fun labs!
This was the first lab that we did in physics class. It explores the difference between the motion of a gravity-power cart and a motor-powered cart. It uses a Claim-Evidence-Reasoning format to explain the difference.
This was a lab chosen by Omar El Nesr and I which compares calculating static and kinetic coefficients of friction with different weights.
