Physics is a rigorous class taught by Mr. Ellis. We practice physics concepts as well as scientific write-ups and communication. So far we have learned about kinematics, forces, and energy/momentum. We are starting rotation and torque in C term. Throughout our units, we complete notes, practice problems, and do challenge assignments.
When we were practicing kinematics we did a challenge problem called Uber Rocket. The problem is centered around projectile motion and is practice in solving large problems with multiple steps. My solution is written-up below.
We had another Uber problem a few weeks later. This one was called Uber Pulley. It was centered around forces with projectile motion at the end. This problem combined a lot of what we had done so far in the year and was good practice in writing up solutions digitally.
