At my sending school, I was in honors Spanish, which was one of the hardest classes last year. This year, I am in the Advanced Spanish class, which is an immersion style course, where we spend time reading and talking. We also complete listening logs (two per week) on our own, which could include watching Spanish movies or shows. Linked below is an essay we wrote about a childhood story, as well as my listening log for the year so far.

This story details an experience I had coming face-to-face with a black bear when I was little. Although it was scary at the time, I have used this story for countless essays since Kindergarten.

For our film projects, I worked with Simon Beyzerov, Aaron Tian, Diego Suchenski Loustaunau, and Sashank Tadimeti. Watch our movie below.
