My name is Anyee Li, and I am currently a junior at the Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science at WPI. I live in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts with my mom, dad, and older brother. I love learning, experiencing new things, and exploring how I can make an impact on the people and world around me!
My family consists of my mom, dad, and older brother,
Andrew. My parents are both first-generation immigrants from China (where
the rest of my extended family lives). Before COVID,
my family and I used to go back and visit China every other year.
I really miss all the culture and family, and
I can't wait until we are able to go back again.
Additionally,
my family and I love to travel. During the
summer of 2021, my family and I took a cross-country road
trip and visited many beautiful sites and parks. In
total, we have driven to or visited over 30 states
and 8 other countries! I am very lucky to
have been able to visit all of these amazing places
and am extremely grateful to have been able to experience such a multitude
of new cultures and environments.
