Greetings!

WPI Wireless is a close-knit group of hilarious individuals with radios.

WPIWA participated once again in the phone section of the ARRL's November Sweepstakes contest during the weekend of Nov 19-21. We logged 620 QSOs in 79 different sections, putting us one section short of a clean sweep. This year it was Newfoundland that proved to be elusive. Our final score was 97,960. Despite some issues with building power (several contacts were made in the dark using emergency power) we were able to almost double our score from last year, a significant improvement. Thanks to all those who helped out in making this contest successful.
