About Me!

Hello! My name is Vyshnavi Donthabhaktuni, and I am a current junior at Mass Academy. My sending school is Shrewsbury High School. One thing about me is that I have lived in all 4 corners of the United States: Washington, California, Georgia, and now Massachusetts! In my free time, I like to practice my 3 instruments: flute, violin, and piano. I also know many languages: I speak Telugu at home, I learned Latin at Shrewsbury High School, I know Sanskrit, and I also know a little bit of Hindi! I have a keen interest in science, specifically oncology, plant biology, and neurology! I love to ask questions about these fields and explore every corner until my understanding is satisfied. The projects and various research I have done in these fields have allowed me to delve deep into my areas of interest!

Advice:

If you are even considering applying to Mass Academy, I suggest you do. When I first applied, I never thought that I would get in, yet here I am! If you haven’t decided on applying yet, I’d say go for it anyway because you never know what lies in store for you. Don’t restrict yourself to your own perceptions of your abilities; you never know what you are truly capable of until you try something new. Shoot for the stars!
