My name is Thomas Devlin and I am a Junior at Mass Academy.
The following few sentences will be some basics facts about me that for some reason I feel you should know. I have lived in the quaint town of Douglas, Massachusetts for my entire life, and have attended Douglas Public Schools since pre-school. My hobbies include: playing piano, playing guitar, playing euphonium, drum majoring, homework, computers, social media, and bad parallelism. Another fact about me is that I am very, very Irish (refer to the picture on the right).
I have run out of things to say about myself, so here are somethings that I like and dislike. I like my blog. I dislike every other blog. I have no favorite movie, though 2012 is definitely my least favorite, with Viva Cuba as a close second. I like a number of books including The Harry Potter Series, Freakonomics, The Cat in The Hat, and a lot of others. My least favorite genre of books is "Teen Paranormal Romance" (which I'm pretty depressed that this genre even exists). My favorite musical artists are The Beatles, Queen, Cake, The Fratellis, Rebecca Black, and a large array of random bands. TV Shows I like include The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, The Office, Seinfeld, and Modern Family. The show which I despise the most is Tosh.0, which is not funny.
Since I can't think of anything else to say, here's some advice in case you ever meet me. First of all, don't take anything I say seriously, because I am most likely being sarcastic. Second, there is no such thing as a "clever" ginger joke. I have heard them all and none of them are funny. Lastly, If you feel the need to bow down to me, I won't take offense to that.
Here are a few helpful tips for navigating around the site. Navigate to any page using the navigation bar located above. I am a Spanish student, so under "Romance Languages" that is all you will find. If you take a different language, then feel free to stop taking that language and start taking Spanish. Also, for any person who may be viewing this site because they are interested in attending Mass Academy, see the webpage labeled "For Prospective Students".
Here is a picture of me. Savor it.
