STREAM (Science Technology Research Engineering and Math) is going to be challenge this year. This is where we are entered into the science fair and have to come up with a big project and massive paper! For my STREAM I am going to make a type of nursing shoe that has some tpye of antibacterial compound in the sole. I have been experimenting with bactroban, succinic acid, silver chloride, and many other anitmicrobials. These will make the shoe "antibacterial." Hopefully this can prevent the spread of nosocomial infections (hospital acquired infections).
This is my final paper for STREAM A. It may look super long and hard to write, but it really is pretty easy to get through. No worries!
