Tri-State Alpine Ski Racing Membership Form Follow the link below to the 2006 -2007 Membership Form. A separate application is required for each Tri-State member. Tri-State now accepts credit cards (except American Express). Pay on-line with a credit card or mail check/ money after the form is filled out.The form is designed to be submitted online.
