Gaming Weekend is here! 48 hours of gaming in the Campus Center, from 6pm Friday until 6pm Saturday. Free food, free fun, and free officer hugs for whoever happens to want one. Also free fun.Because Gaming Weekend minutes tend to be confusing WITHOUT extraneous, unnecessary details, this week's quirk is a complete lack of quirks!
President Jon Adler addressed the SFS via vlog and talked about many things, most of which were promptly ignored because his head was big, then the other officers talked about them again.
Babylon 5 continues on Wednesday nights after the meeting. Unless I'm mistaken, next week is the final time WB5 gets together.
Wixon would like to revive Wednesday Night Sci-Fi (likely/probably to another day of the week). It can be either awesome sci-fi or terrible sci-fi. Mixture causes explosion.
Nyren is running How Not To Run A Fantasy Novel next Sunday, September 16. It is a (fun) LARP about four writers and their shared eight characters.
Nyren is also setting up The Morning After for October 26-28. If you want to play but do not have a sheet, let Nyren know ASAP, it's first come first serve.
The GDC Halo Team is hosting a Halo tournament this Friday night. Anyone interested in Halo should head downstairs after some Gaming Weekend gaming!
