Here is a Map of the Campus Center 3rd Floor. The Odeum will be open for gaming on Saturday only. We also have conference rooms on the ground and first floor for tabletop games.

Friday

Serenity RPG: Port MessinaCancelled due to snow
GM Gregory Pettigrew, 7 PM (character creation starts at 6)

Gather with some other folk o' the 'Verse to see what treasures and dangers lie in the unexplored ruins and planetary neighborhood of Athens. This game is also the first episode of a Serenity campaign, so players are encouraged to show up at 6:00 to try out character creation.

Phoenix Wrong: Second-Rate Attorney
GM Adam Nakama, ~10 PM, 6-15 players

Part Mafia-style strategy game, part horde LARP, Phoenix Wrong is about courtroom cases where the evidence is secondary to spectacle, and the lawyers may have no idea what the case is about (OBJECTION!!!). And while somebody's life hangs in the balance, EVERYONE in the courtroom is either addicted to crack, dealing it, or an undercover cop and all are out to do some business.

Saturday

Meteoroid!
GM Ben Johnson, Odeum, ~30 players, 4 or 5 PM - later than 4 or 5 PM

A giant, glowing, green meteoroid is about to crash into Metropolis and kill everyone. The city's only hope is the assorted iconic science fiction characters milling around, who have all been imbued with superpowers that they can utilize in their efforts to save/destroy/take over the world. The game is generally short on structure and long on over-the-top sci-fi antics - after all, you're iconic science fiction characters imbued with randomly chosen superpowers. Good times will hopefully be had by all.

Avatar: The Last Airbender - Avatar Day Part II
GM Adam Nakama, 3-6 players, after Meteoroid

Based on the cartoon show full of Asian mysticism, martial arts, and elemental manipulation known as "bending," Avatar is a well-developed and fun world to play in. This game will be run with a home-brew system created to emphasize fast-paced drama and cinematic action.

Sunday

The Eye of Argon
Absurdly early (~2-3 AM), any number of players
The Eye of Argon is the worst piece of fantasy fan fiction ever published, and probably also the worst ever written. This makes it an amazing game. Players take turns reading the story aloud. When a player makes a mistake, fails to reproduce a printed mistake, or laughs, he passes the story on for the next player to continue reading. The result is disturbing, scarring, and frequently hilarious.

Games Not Yet Scheduled

Hero Quest
GM Brian Ellis, 4 players/run

Brian is bringing a bunch of totally original, never-before-played HeroQuest quests, hand-crafted by himself, and he wants you to help him play them! If you haven't heard of HeroQuest, it's all the elements of a good D&D dungeon crawl reduced to a board game. Exploration, killing large quantities of crunchy monsters, and looting the heck out of everything in sight are all par for the course. And if you think HeroQuest is too easy, well, you're in for a surprise -- these quests might actually require strategy to defeat! No signup is necessary -- just come find me Friday or Saturday, preferably with three willing accomplices. Brian has four quests to run, so it's first-come, first-served.
