The WPI Student Chapter of SFPE provides a place for collaboration between FPE students, opportunities to hear from guest speakers, and educational seminars and field trips for both undergraduate and graduate students interested in the fire protection engineering field.

  • The New England Professional Chapter of SFPE provides additional opportunities for WPI students to interact with practicing professionals and to learn more about the field.

  • Most members of SFPE WPI are current students in the Fire Protection Engineering Department at WPI but students from any other major interested in fire science and fire engineering are welcome to join!
