The DBIA's mission is to promote the widespread and successful use of the design-build method for project delivery. DBIA brings together owners, builders and architects to advocate and advance single-source project delivery within the design and construction community, thereby improving the professional standards of the industry across the board.

The Design-Build Institute of America, “home of the modern-day master builder”, serves forward-looking design and construction professionals dedicated to the collaborative process. Today’s design-builders provide essential services to owners under a single point of responsibility. The DBIA is fundamentally about establishing and sustaining good relationships, providing a forum for expanding your network of owners, users, and design/construction colleagues.

DBIA/New England serves as the Center of Expertise for the design-build industry. We provide education, networking, and contacts. We work to spur development of cutting edge tools and techniques essential for leading owners and practitioners through the design and construction processes.
