A Pacific Odyssey is a PBS resource for information about their film
involving a pacific voyage in a canoe. The site includes polynesian
history, stories, and articles.
America's Cup
Museum (Art) contains paintings and drawings of boats which competed
in the America's Cup races since America's famous win in 1851 to present.
Roman History,
Coins, and Technology Back Pages includes information about the classics
era at large. Hosted by the Discovery Channel School, it serves as
a resource for anyone interested in the ships and nature of the Grecco-Roman
merchant class and navy.
Narratives and Humor
Marti
Rijken's book list of sailing narratives contains reviews of poems
and stories of non-fiction sea faring experiences. Each review includes
a one-to-three star rating ranking how well the reviewer liked the work.

Humor is a collection of rare and hearty treasures of the sea.

Lingo reasonably starts off with a quote from Jimmy Buffett, "If
We Weren't All Crazy, We Would Go Insane." After some eccentric

this site does not contain a great deal of eloquently written language,
