- This checklist was created by Fran McMenemy, based largely on data
collected over many years and recorded in the yearly publication of the
Forbush Bird Club, The Chickadee. The checklist was converted to
HTML format by Rick Quimby, and is current as of May 1999.
- Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary
- This new checklist was created by John Liller, based on extensive data
collected at the sanctuary over the past decade. The list includes line
graphs showing the likelyhood of seeing a particular bird at different times
of the year. The list became available in April 1999.
- Institute Park, Worcester
- This annotated checklist lists the 135 species of birds that Rick Quimby
has observed at Institute Park during the past 9 years.
Information provided
includes frequency of occurrence, breeding status,
location in the park, and behavior, as well as
bar
charts which show the pattern of annual
occurence in a quantitative fashion.
An annotated map is provided for
information about birding locations within the park.
