The Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science at WPI is located at 85 Prescott St. in Worcester, MA.

As it stands, Mass Academy might not be open next year because the Massachusetts Legislature has removed the Academy from its budget. For more information on what you can do, visit SaveTheAcademy.org or watch the video below.

At Mass Academy, each day starts at 7:50 AM in Advisory, where students finish up their homework from the night before, and where their adivsor (in my case, Mr. Ludt) makes announcements before the classes start. If it is a Monday, there is then a school meeting from 8:00 to 8:15 AM, otherwise classes begin at 8:00. Then, classes continue until 2:45 PM on Monday and Thursday for PE/Study, 2:30 PM on Tuesday and Friday for Electives, or 12:00 PM on Wednesday. This early dismissal that happens nearly every Wednesday is for Community Service, doing homework, and catching up on lost sleep.

The Junior class at Mass Academy is split up into three groups: A, B, and C. A and B are for Spanish students, so because I am in French, I am in group C.
