Garbmaking, this Thursday, December 1st, Founder's Basement, 5-9. Send in your requests by before now. It's too late now. You shoulda done it before.
Leathermaking, chainmaking workshops will be happening, on December 8th, Founder's Basement, 5-7, chainmail. 7-9 leather. Email Meganw@wpi.edu by tonight at Midnight and say that you are coming, and whether for leather, chainmail, or both.
After this, there will be an In-Character fight practice! Spells, Spell restrictions, Items.. etc. Bring them!
On December 9th, we will be going Christmas Caroling! That's a Friday, we'll be meeting in the Wedge at 4:30. In Garb. Or warm clothes. Do not come
without clothes.
There will be a learning to Carol session immediately after the meeting on December 6th. Come to the meeting.

November 17th, Ivory is running Advanced Weaponmaking, shieldmaking, etc., all with RIPSTOCK NYLON. :-D See the email that was sent for prices and stuff.

This Saturday, is Black & White! Preregister for $20, or $25 at the door. It’s only for Saturday this year.. But still awesomeness. Very newbie-friendly event, everyone should come. Rides will be arranged for, pay attention to your email.
Monday, October 31st, trick or treating in full garb. Meeting in the Wedge, 6:30 PM, Fight practice still happens at 7:00 PM in Riley Commons, so it’s your choice which to go to.

Parents' weekend went fine, a few people showed up, not much interesting. Random swordfights broke out, we slew a sacred goat, fun was had.
CONSTITUTION!!!! First order of business was the Constitution. 10 For, 0 against. Constitution upheld, in effect. Will be up on the site soon for your viewing pleasure.
CT Renn Fair is now until October 16. http://www.ctfaire.com/ is where you should go for updated information. There is a group going to Ren Faire sunday, Talk to Owen for details at Ender3rd@gmail.com If you can't go that day to the renfaire, contact Smas-officers@wpi.edu, and we see what we can do about travels.

Official SMAS Ruling: Michael Hughes is suicidal. 9 for, 0 against, 1 abstained. He's going to Serpent's Tongue, and therefore may being given a crash course in weapons before then, at the upcoming Newbie Fight Practice.
Please send a list to Smas-officers@wpi.edu saying what stuff you want to do this year, stuff like advanced weaponsmaking and garbmaking and realms events and such. (another e-mail will come out with a larger list of posible things)

This Thursday 4pm-midnight will be Weapon Making, must be a dues paying member to make a weapon.
Fight practices are held mondays at 7:30 on the Quad while weather allows. Newbie Fight Practices are held Thursdays at 7:30 on the Quad as well except for this week, because of weaponsmaking.
Garbmaking will be held in Founder's Basement Thursday, Sept. 22. Dues paying members will be able to make a simple piece of garb, such as a tunic or tabbard in the color of their choice.
Saturday the 24th is anothera ctivities fair. We will be asking King Steve if the trebuchet, Fang, can be brought. We will also ask our advisor about getting items from Higgin's Armoury for display at Activities fair.
There is some planning of a Curator's tour of Higgins Armory. So much love.
It was noted that Megan is horrible at keeping secrets.
Black and White will be held in October this year but we do not yet have further information.
Newbie night quest is on the sixth of October, details to come later.
