The Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science requires a lot of effort. And that's just the effort to stay afloat. It really is amazing to move from an academic setting where you can sleep in class and not do the homework to another in which missing a day could quite possibly kill you. Between learning programming such as HTML and Mathematica, the heavy homework load, the eight hour classes, and the necessary community service, I have very little time to myself. But, oddly enough, I'm okay with it. Learning is worth it. Incidentally, I'm still really glad that summer is almost here. It's so close that I can taste it. And it's delicious.
