The FSM or "Festival Stage Manager" is roughtly equivalent to the "Stage Manager" position in a regular production with the exception that an FSM is responsible for the cues for 3 shows, more or less. This person will need to attend design and production meetings as they serve as a liason between the directors and the design staffs. They will attend rehearsals and assist the directors as they work to make their cue lists and finally will be the person who calls the cues for their respective shows.
