Dr. Ray has been very active in publishing the results of his scholarship work in a variety of forums over the past 20 years. He has over 120 publications including: two manuals that are nationally recognized design manuals, one State-of-the Practice Monograph for the National Academy of Sciences and two major research reports for the National Academy of Sciences; 40 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 30 papers in conference proceedings, four broadcast-quality technical videotape presentations, over 40 technical reports published by research sponsors and four articles in trade magazines and professional society publications.
