STREAM (Science, Technology, Research, Engineering, and Math) is a year long course that consists of 2 main projects. The first, which goes through C term, is a science fair project. Mine is comparing invasive plants as ethanol fuels. After we get through this, we move onto the Engineering portion in D term.
An essential part of each project is the literature review. This consists of an introduction and the actual literature review, and it ends up being between 6 and 12 pages (or in some cases 33). If you have the time, learn all about my project here. It's only 8 pages!
Our STREAM methadology is basically what we're going to be doing for our project, but in scientific terms.
My final STREAM Project was titled "Embracing Invasives: Comparing Invasive Plants of New England as Ethanol Fuel". I won a fifth award at the Massachusetts Regional Science Fair! Read more about it.
