Physics is taught by Mr. Ellis. In physics, students typically take notes, conduct labs, do problems, and take tests. Students also get to decide whether they want to take the algebra route or the calculus route.
Sometimes, we do über problems which are problems involving many steps to complete. Each stage needs to be completed successfully for a correct sub-answer which will be used in the next stage. Here is my Larry’s Luge Launcher über problem.
As for labs, students typically work in groups to collect data and alone to analyze it. In this lab, my group (Eric, Nilay, and I) designed and performed an experiment which analyzed the conservation of energy in a spring-based system. Here is the lab.
