Tuesday's winner - JEEVA JACOB (7:11). Arjun, Abby, Angelica, and Aalok beat Jeeva's time, but Jeeva's was the first submission with all correct answers.
Wednesday's winner - TOM DEVLIN (10:38). There was a flurry of submissions between 7:00 - 7:30. Many were close, but incorrect. Tom rechecked his math and resubmitted the correct solution 3 hours later. Way to go Tom!
Thursday's winner - ABBY YU (7:02)! Abby's response was the quickest of the week!
Friday's winner - ABBY YU (7:08) Abby was quick on the draw for the second night in a row, being the first in with the correct answer.
The U.S. Congress designated the week of December 4-10, 2011 as Computer Science Education Week. Mass Academy is celebrating all week long!
Tuesday, December 6, Mass Academy alumni returned to talk to current students about how CS impacts their education and careers. It was a great afternoon, enjoyed by alumni and current students alike.
Friday, December 9, two Mass Academy teams competed in the Fitchburg State programming competition. Both teams solved 8 out of 11 problems in 3 hours. The juniors placed 6th, and the seniors placed 8th. Great effort Dhroova, Anish, Aaron, Cameron, Curtis, Jeff, Ryan, and Conor!
