American Computer Science League (ACSL) organizes computer science contests and computer programming contests for junior and senior high school students.
There are four contests throughout the school year. Each contest consists of two parts. The first half is a 5 question test on various programming topics. The second part of the contest involves writing a computer program given a particular problem to solve.
