Canard Flyer

       This was a variation on the Chop Stick Flyer I. I took a look at it and realized that with just a little work, it had the potential to be a really neat looking canard glider.

      So, in the long standing tradition of inventors and engineers everywhere, I built one to test it.

      It almost flew.

      Actually, it did fly once it was balanced. The problem is that it tends to be unstable. If you throw it exactly right, it flies beautifully. If the nose is just a little too high, or a little to low... it falls out of the sky.
