In math class, I am learning how to use the Mathematica Program, and the Geometry sketch pad program. Each help me visually model math problems.The most recent problem was to find the volume of an irregular tetrahedron with only two weeks and three other people in the class to help. At the end of the two week period each group had to present different methods they took to approach the problem...successful or not. Although this class is challenging, I can tell that by the end of the year, all of the hard work will be worth it.
Below is a picture of my math teacher Mr. Barys. His unique teaching style frustrates me, but forces me to improve and teach myself and is nothing like my previous understanding of math class.
