I am seeking a full time job/postdoc in December, 2016 in the field of large-scale (sequencing, microarray and other high-throughput experimental) data analysis by developing accurate and scalable Bayesian statistical methods and global optimization methods.

- Model evaluation using Bayesian sensitivity analysis

Optimization method development:
- Global optimization, mixed-integer programming, branch-and-bound, cutting plane, etc.

Genomics data analysis:
- Rare SNVs detection in clinical NGS data using statistics model
- Biomarker identification in time series DNA/RNA sequencing data
- Tumor subtypes classification on gene expression data using mixed-membership models
