Bio

I am an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at WPI . I am currently teachingManagement Information Systems at the MBA level (MG 507) & Organizational Application of Telecommunications (MG 3740).

I completed my Ph.D.in MIS (Management Information Systems) in the Management Information Systems Department atThe University of Georgia.

Research

My research focuses on web site quality and accessibility. I have developed a B2C web sitequality measure, Webqual™, which is now being applied & adapted to the B2Barena.
