About WPI CSA
(Logo design by Norman Lam, 2009)
Mission Statement The Chinese Student Association (CSA) was established in 1990. Our goals are to provide students with an awareness of the Chinese culture and customs, to help undergraduate and graduate students in adapting to WPI's social life, and to pursue academic excellence by mutual cooperation among the student members. Membership is open to all WPI students who have an interest in and an appreciation of the Chinese culture. "Dragon" is the name that represents CSA at WPI. One of the reasons why we use "Dragon" because traditionally we believe we are the "Descendants of Dragon". Our organization is an active participant during on campus events in addition to our very own. In B-term, our annual Hot Pot Chinese Dinner is a sellout. Our main event, Dragon Night, has been held for over 15 years now and is widely regarded on campus. Please join us in sharing Chinese culture at WPI. |
