NEWS AND UPDATES

4/12

-The Collegiate Road season is well over half way done, with only a few races left! We have had a great season so far, and we hope to continue to have a great showing in these last few races.

2/23

-Collegiate Road season is almost upon us! Look out for emails regarding registration and travel to the races. We hope to get a good amount of our guys out there to race this year. I hope you guys have put a good amount of training in your legs over the off season. You're going to need all of your strength in order to pull off some wins! The first race is at Rutgers, and will be held the first weekend of March, aka the first weekend of our break! Let's get out there and crush them!

12/7

-Keep on riding indoors. Make sure to follow our coach's guidelines for the off season if you're going to be racing in the spring.

10/14

-Cross season is upon us! Let me know if you want to race cross. Chances are next year we will have a larger crowd for cross racing, but might as well get your toes wet this year if you have the time and equipment. Email me if you're interested.

-Enjoy your break! Keep on pedaling.

10/7

-Weekly meetings Mondays at 9:00 PM in the conference room to the right of DAKA. Attend these as often as you can, as important information will be discussed.

-Along with the regular 2:30 and 4:00 o'clock rides, there are some additional rides for people to attend. 8:00 AM rides Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. 8:00 AM cross training sessions Tuesday and Thursday of each week, followed by a short spinning ride at 8:45 AM after each cross training session.

-Providence Cyclocross on the 10th and 11th of the month. If anyone would like to bike down to watch, contact Bradford Shelley. Bradford Shelley is also considering driving down one day to watch.

-Please email your Specialized Rider Profile links to Bradford Shelley, along with emailing him a typed out rider profile of yourself, and some pictures of you riding for the website. The more the better!

-Please email Bradford Shelley your kit size for the upcoming team gear order. Remember to let him know if you are interested in thermal gear. Contact him with any questions.

10/1

-Major Taylor Century is coming up this Sunday. I'll be seeing some of you there.

-Providence Cyclocross on the 10th and 11th of the month. I hope to bike down both days to watch some great cross racing. It would be ~100 miles of riding each day. I hope to leave around 8:00 each morning to get there before 11:30 when the good races start. Help me cheer on my buddies that ride for Zanconato!
