Officers' Hours

What are Officers' Hours?

Officers' Hours was set up as a platform to engage officers and members to contribute to the organization. It is time set aside by the officers to get together and contribute to the maintenance and change of the organization. While Officers' Hours are time for officers to work on BMES-related tasks, members and officers can feel free to use this time to work with their mentor or mentee, do some BME homework or something else related to the organization.

When are Officers' Hours?

Officers' Hours are usually held in GH310, but can sometimes be held in other areas of Goddard Hall. They're set at the beginning of every term, based on the availability of the officers' schedules. A new set of hours are posted to the calendar each term. Officers' Hours are typically three 1-hour blocks per week.
