I have played the flute for 8 years, and every time that I set up my flute to play, the tonality of my flute is always different because there are numerous factors that affect the tonality. In order to solve this problem, I decided to invent an Automatic Flute Tuning Device. My invention is faster (6 seconds) and more accurate (+/- 1Hz) than current tuning systems (+/- 1Hz). Patent Pending! Awards include: First Place Award in Engineering, Frederick P. Fish and William K. Richardson First Place Patent Award, the Ben Eisentadt Award, and the Pauline J. Lamarche Award.
